That is a bit embarrassing. I am such a bad typer. I just type and very often dont check the spelling. With F being next to d this was always a possible mistake ( ONE i SHOULD HAVE CHECKED FOR!) and one that sounded rude! i AM VERY SORRY!gardengluthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11878662637625011658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-52701292895961703382012-03-21T18:52:13.229+11:002012-03-21T18:52:13.229+11:00How funny - same meal same night. Perhaps I will try it!

My addition of my Asian 'rocket fuel' probably soudns wierd too, but you cant tell its hot , you just get a depth in the sauce.gardengluthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11878662637625011658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-3596021460473657632012-03-21T18:49:49.416+11:002012-03-21T18:49:49.416+11:00Gosh , that sounds lovely, like the olives especia...Gosh , that sounds lovely, like the olives especially.gardengluthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11878662637625011658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-52719728416889395992012-03-21T15:55:55.165+11:002012-03-21T15:55:55.165+11:00Homemade pasta sounds just wonderful. Like most Americans I like my spaghetti sauce very tomatoey, and my favorite has whole black olives and meat balls made with ground beef, parmesan cheese, and onions.Phuonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07658691564062044986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-57010488562273373962012-03-20T22:59:31.145+11:002012-03-20T22:59:31.145+11:00We had spaghetti bolognese tonight too. My version is my mum's recipe, which I love, but I suspect is very American.

Beef mince and onion, lots of tomato (whole peeled, puree and paste), seasonings are garlic, oregano, mustard, cinnamon, pepper and salt.

Probably sounds really weird, particularly the mustard and cinnamon, but it works. I keep meaning to develop my 'own' version, but I just crave mum's.L from 500m2 in Sydneyhttp://500m2.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
