No apology required at all and no need to try harder. If blogging is too much like work, its not fun anymore. In any case these were so much fun to highlight.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16547410700199878385noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-66134947583563512742013-08-12T20:23:18.234+10:002013-08-12T20:23:18.234+10:00Naughty ewes! It tried Romanesco last year but I left them on the plant too long and ended up with something more like broccoli. The heads kind of separate as they mature. Sorry I failed to srite a spotlight this week. I linked to your post in my Monday Harvest post and will add it to the index. I will try harder next week.Lizhttp://www.suburbantomato.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-74009126903787205812013-08-12T16:47:16.783+10:002013-08-12T16:47:16.783+10:00Well thank you! I found them like cauliflower too, I must say that I find all home grown brassicas less 'cabbagy', they are so much better than shop bought ones. Fibonacci sequence - is that like fractals? Must look it up. What ever it's called they are damn pretty things.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16547410700199878385noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-34057523697967724122013-08-12T16:44:48.407+10:002013-08-12T16:44:48.407+10:00Oh good luck with them, I hope they go well for yo...Oh good luck with them, I hope they go well for you. All the new plantings will be in Fortress Wallaby which I think will be secure from sheep and wallabies!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16547410700199878385noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-37279376577206449292013-08-12T13:43:52.153+10:002013-08-12T13:43:52.153+10:00That first Romanesco looks like a prize winner! I adore Romanesco, it cooks like cauliflower but tastes, um, sweeter... less cabbagy. Dunno, but it's really good. And it's so weirdly beautiful too. A perfect example of a Fibonacci sequence (love to toss that phrase around, sorry).Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07812702328134261533noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258484059999383214.post-34290557971608023132013-08-12T00:18:28.870+10:002013-08-12T00:18:28.870+10:00oh I just popped a few seedlings in my garden toda...oh I just popped a few seedlings in my garden today, what great timing, thanks for posting this!
